Scuba Diving

Scuba Diving is often associated with temperate climates and crystalline waters, but it is a massively popular activity in the UK too, with the coastlines, lakes and quarries providing ample space to explore subaqueous worlds. Once basic training has been undertaken, divers can go out and adventure underwater with some hired kit on organised trips lead by diving groups, or on solo trips if they’ve invested in their own equipment.

Scuba Diving is a popular underwater activity, with many inland dive sites around the UK developed specifically for divers to explore. These are normally deep disused quarries that have been flooded with water and filled with interesting features to discover. Typical wrecks include old aircraft, cars and boats, as well as some more quirky additions such as gnome gardens, just for scuba divers to enjoy.
