Abercastle lies within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in Wales.
Crag Du (OS Grid Reference: SM853336) is a black shale cliff which lies to the west, just outside the bay of Abercastle.
Parking is usually available at the harbour or within the village. There are also toilets at the beach and a café and accommodation in nearby Trefin.
