Caerhays BaySaint Austell, Cornwall, PL26 6LY
Caerhays Bay (also known as Porthluney Cove) has a south facing beach of sand on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall, overlooking Gerrans Bay.
A good bay for surfing, with a north west swell and a northerly wind providing the best conditions but will work on any tide. There are rips to be mindful of and take care when the beach is crowded.
Facilities here include parking with easy access to the beach, toilets and refreshments are available.
