Dartmoor and the Dartmoor National Park can be found in Devon, towards the south of the county, covering a total of 368 square miles. It is an area known for its stunning high open moorland capped with exposed granite tops and is a haven for all kinds of wildlife, protected by national park status. It is particularly famous for the semi wild ponies which roam here, a sight which draws plenty of tourists every year.

West Oxfordshire Sailing Club is situated near Stanton Harcourt in Witney, Oxfordshire.
The club provides RYA sail training courses for adults and juniors, suitable for beginners, covering levels 1 and 2.
Equipment and instruction are provided. Other facilities include changing rooms, hot showers and hot drinks.

The London Parachute School has facilities for tandem skydiving experiences at Chiltern Park Aerodrome in Ipsden, Oxfordshire.
The tandem skydives take place from a Cessna 208B Caravan aircraft. During the jump you will free fall from 13,500 feet at approximately 120 miles per hour for around 40 seconds dropping about 5,000 feet in this time. Training and preparation before the jump will take about 30 minutes to an hour.
All equipment and instruction is provided. Please note you must be over 16 years of age to jump and weight restrictions apply. You can arrange to have your jump filmed and photographed.
